## 1. Sign in

Open AccountHub from the [daemn front page](/) and sign in. If you were sent an invitation, open its link first: it brings you back once you have joined. You land on **Home**.

## 2. Make the tenant yours

Open the You sheet and choose **Settings**. Set your tenant's display name and theme, and add your brand mark. Under **New apps**, choose whether your Owners become the Admin of each app you add, and whether members get each app's member role. Press **Save**. Your own picture is here too, and every app shows it.

## 3. Invite your people

Open **Members** and press **Invite**.

1. Enter an email address, or leave it empty for a link anyone can use once.
2. Copy the link and send it yourself. You see it only once. It works once and expires in 7 days.

Pending invitations stay on **Members** until they are claimed, and you can revoke one at any time.

## 4. Give access to apps

Joining a tenant gives no app access on its own. On **Members**, open a member's actions and choose their roles in each app. When a member asks for access themselves, their request appears at the top of **Members**: **Grant** opens their roles with the right one already chosen.

To add an app your tenant does not hold yet, open **Applications** and use **Request an application**.

## 5. Know where to get help

Open **Support** and press **New ticket** to ask the Platform team for help, or about something you would like to buy or change. When the team answers, Home tells you.
