Frequently asked questions

AccountHub is where you run your tenant: its members, their access, its applications and its settings. Any member can also use it to ask the Platform team for help. Start with Getting started with AccountHub.

Open Applications and choose Request an application, then pick the app. Your request stays listed, with its date, until it is decided.

Open Support in AccountHub and press New ticket. Every member can open one and follow it there. Home tells you when the team has replied.

Open Members, press Invite, and copy the link it makes. Send it to them yourself. Each link works once and expires in 7 days.

Joining a tenant gives you membership, not app access. An Owner of your tenant grants access to each app. You can ask from the app itself: Ask for access sends the request to your Owners.
