What is Showcase?
Showcase lets you share a page you made with the people you choose, through a link that you control. Start with Getting started with Showcase.
Does the person I share with need an account?
No. They open the link you send, or the one they reach once you approve their request, and read your page. They never sign in.
How long does a share link last?
One day by default, and you can choose longer when you make it. Every link is capped at your tenant's maximum, which starts at 7 days. You can revoke a link at any time, and it stops working at once.
What happens to scripts in my page?
They are removed. When you add a page, Showcase takes out scripts and anything else that could run, and the cleaning report shows what went. Links in your page still work, and open in a new tab.
Why does a link show the page as locked?
The link has expired, been revoked, is not a working link, or could not be checked just then. Showcase gives the same answer whatever the reason, so a locked page gives nothing away. Ask the person who shared it for a new link.
