What you can do
- Keep your recipes. Your library sits on shelves by course: complete meals, mains and sides, with drafts first. Search by title, or narrow by course and status.
- Plan a week of dinners. Choose the days you want to cook, and Gather suggests dinners from your ready recipes. Swap a dinner or its side, change how many it serves, or skip a day.
- Shop from one list. When the week is final, Gather works out one list for every dinner, with amounts combined and converted. Tick each line as you shop.
- Cook from your phone. Every recipe scales from 1 to 50 servings, in metric or US customary. Tick off ingredients and steps as you go, and keep the screen on while you cook.
Your recipes stay yours
Recipes are private to you. Someone else in your tenant cannot see them, and you cannot see theirs.
Bringing your recipes in
Add recipes takes a pasted link, a bookmarks export from your browser, text, PDF and Word files, a recipe CSV, or a recipe typed by hand. Files are read on your device, and nothing is sent until you review what you picked. If you use an AI assistant of your own, it can write recipes for you in a file Gather reads: see Bring your own AI.
